She Moves with the Seasons: Spring Series
She Moves with the Seasons is a seasonal movement programme for women who want to explore their bodies and lives in rhythm with nature, rather than linear ideas of progress, productivity or “always moving forward”.
Rooted in somatic movement, cyclical living and rest-based practice, this work offers an alternative to capitalist timelines — honouring ebb and flow, emergence and pause.
Following the popularity of the Winter series, this next 6-week journey supports the transition into spring: a season of gentle stirring, curiosity and renewed movement. Through playful, curiosity-led somatic movement, reflection and shared conversation, participants are invited to explore themes of emergence, attunement and play — without pressure to perform or push.
This might be for you if…
- you’re feeling a bit dormant, sluggish or stuck after winter
- you’re craving movement that helps you feel alive, not corrected or shaped
- you’re curious about new beginnings that don’t involve pressure or pushing
- you want to move, reflect and connect in a small, supportive group
This is an intentional series, not a drop-in class, designed for women who want to commit to a consistent, supportive space over six weeks. Each session includes time for movement, rest and a facilitated sharing circle.
