Bump to Cradle is an antenatal course with a difference! Each session is delivered by expert speakers, ranging from obstetricians, paediatricians to mental health experts and lactation consultants.

Our experts are practising professionals who deal with antenatal care, postnatal and beyond on a daily basis.  They will deliver all the latest advice and practical tips to help you feel confident, empowered and supported during pregnancy and after your little one’s arrival.

Plus, the last week of each course is a fully organised social event for you and your new parenting tribe.

Week 3: Tuesday 5th May

Week 4: Tuesday 12th May

Week 5: Social event on Tuesday 19th May
