A pause from thepush on regardlessculture, this six-week series moves in rhythm with nature rather than productivity. Spring is a time of growth and gentle awakening – just like pregnancy, which asks us to move with care, notice shifts, and trust our bodies.

 

These gentle, somatic, restorative sessions support your nervous system and honour your body’s intelligence. There’s no perfect pose, no goal to achieve – just space to breathe, rest, and move in ways that feel nourishing. Open to all stages of pregnancy, the series prioritises presence, connection, and care over performance.

This closed series meets with the same group each week, fostering trust and continuity. Sessions are intentionally unrushed, offering space for movement, stillness, and rest. Practices are invitational, adaptable, and focused on supporting your nervous system, not achievement.
